CityWest Leaseholders Booklet

A booklet sent to Westminster’s 9,000 plus leaseholders explaining the process of major works. Our task was to produce a piece of work that presented rather dry, informative copy in a clear, engaging and professional way. The client also didn’t wish to use generic photographs in any way. Our solution was to use a simple device throughout which involved building graphics from various words which related to the subject of each of the booklet’s sections. The result – a visually coherent, easy-to-read booklet designed to be kept and referred to.
